What is the Collector Care?
It’s a premium experience designed to support you every step of the way—from discovering the perfect piece to enjoying it in your space. Each collector receives thoughtful, hands-on service to ensure their artwork feels truly personal and effortlessly placed.
Is shipping really complimentary?
Yes. Shipping is complimentary on all original artwork within the U.S. Each piece is carefully packaged and insured to arrive safely at your door. I do not ship internationally at this time.
Can I see how a painting will look in my home before purchasing?
Yes—local collectors enjoy a Try Before You Buy service. I’ll personally bring a selection of artwork to your home so you can see how each piece feels in your space. There’s no pressure to commit—just the chance to explore.
For collectors outside the local area, I offer complimentary digital mockups. Simply send a photo of your wall and room, and I’ll place the artwork in your space virtually so you can visualize before you buy.
What if I need help choosing a piece?
That’s part of the service. I offer personalized guidance to help you choose a piece that resonates with your aesthetic, energy, and space. Whether through a video call, home visit, or a thoughtful conversation, I’ll help you find art that feels like it was made for you.
Can I commission a custom piece?
I am not accepting requests for commission pieces at this time.
Do your paintings come framed?
Select collections are framed in vintage or custom frames, chosen specifically to enhance the beauty of the work. Framing details are included on each artwork listing. If you’d prefer a specific framing style or need help choosing one, I’m happy to assist.
Is there a return policy?
Each painting is a one-of-a-kind creation, and all sales are final. That said, your satisfaction matters deeply. If you have concerns, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your artwork so we can find a thoughtful solution together.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. I offer interest-free payment plans on most original artworks. Collectors often choose this option to invest in the piece they love while spreading out the cost.
How do I care for my new painting?
Each painting is sealed and finished for longevity. I include care instructions with your purchase, and I’m always available for any questions about display, lighting, or long-term care. This is part of your collector service experience—art care made easy.
